The music of Chris Chadwick has its roots in the Greenwich Village folk scene, with generous helpings of jazz, blues, country, and classic R&B. His songwriting has been influenced by James Taylor, Marvin Gaye, Randy Newman, and Jackson Browne along with all of the great songwriters of the American pop song tradition going back to Stephen Foster. Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, Dr. John, Fred Neil, Tim Hardin, and Joe Cocker have all left an indelible imprint on Chris’s vocal style.
